the pump had went down and the lines dumped the water glycol mix , it was frozen from the check valves on , and we found that the unit dump valve was now bad , it was a good experience, now we are finishing it on a sat afternoon when we can shut the entire system down

I have a MRI that has a manual bypass valve for water balancing. We have to open it enough to make the flow switch, open it too much and we lose flow to the MRI.

it goes into city water flow when it shows a no flow condition from the chiller, it does have low pressure cut out and a stat for water temp. that all works its the water flow that i cant figure out completely. its some sort of water flow issue

Doesn't the machine have a low temp or pressure cutoff to keep it from freezing or does it run below freezing. It ought to have a flow swith as well.
