Yeah... some sort apple or strawberry sauce. looks like jam but i think its a kind of sauce or something. just asking. so any great sauce to go with steak?

so anybody has any nice sauce to go with steaks/ lamb chop? usual black pepper, or beef gravy. i seen people had it with apple sauce.
