Go talk to the folks at Level Heating.
I'm located in harford county. Willing to travel an hour + for employment.
The HACC of Maryland Apprenticeship Program was established in 1996 to train technicians to work in the HVACR industry. Well-trained, reliable technicians are in constant demand in the industry. Although you do not have to be employed by an HVACR contractor to start the program, applicants will need to find a job in the industry by the start of your second year in the program.

lets put this way; doesn't matter where you are unless is a desert island. people need heating, cooling and refrigeration everywhere. get a hold of the yellow pages, call the companies, ask for a job and if you are willing to work somebody will hire you.

Maryland Entry-Level/Helper Jobs Available??? I'm about to start a 4-year apprenticeship. I have no experience in the field. I have my apprentice license, and I'm studying for my EPA type II. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a company that is hiring helpers/entry-level apprentices that are new to the field. I understand that i will be doing grunt work, which i have no problem doing. I just need someone to let me get my feet wet to start gaining OTJ experience. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
