Take the time now to learn the code book. It's boring as all ever, but well worth it. It will help you greatly for the exam and on the job Grab a set if page markers, and mark the important charts and clauses as you find them. In Ontario at least, you can bring your B149 into the exam, you can mark it up as much as you want (highlights and underlining) but you cannot write in it A well marked and understood code book can be a very useful tool on the job

There is a quick reference guide, that keeps the important stuff. I used sticky tabs and dividers in my code book with labels.
Welcome to the world of code books. Nice if they had a copy of the B149 that was done up up like a comic book. There'd be pictures of things blowing up, service tech in the air on fire. Boilers going through a wall. Big pipe with a flame at the end. People sleeping all the time.
