    Thanx guys for your help.

It turns out that the tennants did not close the fridge door properly due to the fridge and freezer door being misaligned. When the fridge door was closed lightly it would slightly hitch onto the freezer door and would not completely shut.

I adjusted the freezer and fridge doors and now everything is fine.

Most likely the drain is plugged up and the water is overflowing from the freezer section. Go to Amazon.com and look for a book titled "fix your refrigerator cheap and easy"

Freezer working fine, but inside the fridge is dripping water from moisture forming on the ceiling close to a connection that seem to lead to the freezer. Fridge also seems to be losing its cooling . This is on a side by side fridge with water and ice conection that have not been connected. Brand is Fridaire.

I took a look at the seal and i did not see any gaps when the door was closed. Any ideas as to what is causing this?
