I had a friend of mine do a chip that spoke - He moved to CA and I don't where it is now. But he made me this little shop / speaker thing which would have my BIG voice bellowing things like: What the F are you doing! Get the F out of there! There were about six phrases like that which would speak in succession. But invariably everyone would be running after two times of me yelling. It was a motion sensor light but it powered this box and speaker he made. I have never heard of a "buzz bulb" thing.

But it was shaped to fit in a light fixture with a speaker on the end. Last time I saw one was in Lowes. Check amazon.com.

What is a buzz bulb ?
Could be a king valve has happened to me before I had an issue where one of my king valves was bleeding off refrigerant once the pressure got about 250 psi. I would check the valve and see if it bleeds once the pressure on your nitrogen bottle starts to get around 250 + just close the valve completely and see if it holds. If it does than it's definetley the valve.

And maybe I've been watching CSI too much, because I see - a spray pattern on the evap? Pump 'er down again, ramp the nitrogen to 300#. All the sudden PSSSSSSS - out of a braze joint right by the solenoid that runs behind the evap - spraying a pretty picture. Drop the pressure to 200 and literally NOTHING. Spray soap shows tiny bubbles. Ramp it back up to 300, blows the soap off the joint. I've never seen anything like this in all my years. Rebraze joint, vac and recharge - returned two days to a full sight glass. Perplexing, for sure. Good head scratcher. Now you need to go to church and repent for all the foul language you used on that unit. lol
