    We had some installers putting in Aspen coils using flex duct straps because it was quicker than using supplied metal straps.

    I cant say I have not done it before at 3 am in a market. It works, just the valve will be slow to respond.............3M works best.......LOL!

    I've seen a few with tie wraps, the little black ones. They seem to hold it pretty tight when they use three of those small wide ones.

    can't reuse them though!

    New way to clamp a TXV bulb

    Went on a WI Cooler no cool call, leaker at TXV. While I was there I thought I'd replace some Aramaflex...look at what was hidden.

    At least I keep a Balanced Port Kit on my truck and a few extra bulb clamps.
