I don't suppose there is any way to switch between WB temperatures for multiple indoor units is there?

Most of my residential maintenance customers have multiple systems.
I'd love to be able to leave a WB temp transmitter on each one as I check the indoor units, then have live WB readings when I go to check the outdoor units, then go back and collect all of the WB transmitters in one go.
Multiple trips in and out to move transmitters around isn't something I'm willing to do though.

I'm not even sure the transmitters have the range for what I'd like to be able to do, damn FCC.

It was actually synced before hand because the SMAN4 remembers the last ET2W it was synced with. So it looks like the ET2W was on but the ATH4 was off. The signal probably just interrupted for that split second or it could be i switched from AC to DC as i was moving it.

I didn't see it. If you give me a time stamp when that happened I'll be happy to try and answer why it did that.

why did the temp jump 4˚ when the transmitter passed in front of the SMAN?
    Iceman,

If you are talking about the Wetbulb temp measurement it was because I was holding the thermistor and it was measuring the hotter air coming from my hand. If that doesn't answer your question give me a time stamp of the jump you are talking about in the video and i'll do my best to answer.

I was trying to point out that when the temp glide mattered the vsat and lsat would be different. I mix up my words sometimes on the videos since the display had a negligible difference in the Lsat and vsat with R-22. Just glad you are combing my videos with a tooth pick, that means you are watching and paying attention.

Lose the HG rig, build an App For That, and make it talk to this. THEN you'll be cooking with REAL butter.....
