Un-cased coil, with a little panning. It was a 100,000 BTUH Goodman in a 50,000 BTUH house. The coil was too narrow, but it was in stock, I guess. I also got a good video of the flame rollout.

Tenant: Furnace is in the basement, you'll see it.
I itemized every piece of junk I had to move to get to the furnace. Turns out, the tenants ripped down the vinyl tube from the condensate pump. Its under the broken chair, the weight set, the trim with nails...

I never saw this before. The pressure reducing valve failed and overfed. The relief valve failed and didn't open. I saw 50 psi, who knows what it was when it was firing. Customer came home to green paint on the washer, and a slow drip. After I replaced the tank, relief valve, and feeder, the pump didn't work, either.

A few pics from this fall.
If you can't get the secondary pan level, put the float on the high side. It keeps the float dry, so it lasts longer. The customer knew there was a problem when it leaked through the ceiling.

    Quality duct system.
