Just my 2 cents Abernathy( thats what you told me your name was) You were the first person I ever met on the computer. You were witty and sharp, and had a great sense of humor. You caught all my musical references and had quite a few or your own. You cracked the Morse Code and sent it back. Thank you for being my friend. All my Love, Analog

Thought about him just today.
I've been gone a while very sad to hear this. Always considered Carnac to be one of the top ten members I looked up to.
This year has been a bad year. I lost some people around me that were part of my life. Mr. Carnak was not my friend and we were at odds on this here site. Never the less, I do recognize the fact that he was an asset to this forum and is missed. Arpa is another that left this realm for the next. He was a good guy as well and is another missed soul. RIP gentleman >>>>>gone but not forgotten!
There was a spammer that hit this Memorial area. He posted in all the threads here. HeyBob took him out behind the barn and beat the sh*t out of him then banned him for good measure. Just got finished banning his IP too.
This post came in my email last night. I read "Carnaks" obit and remembered how knowledgeable his responses were. Here is a quote from the memorial: "Murray’s specialties were solving humidity and mold problems. Murray was able to source the root causes of problems and routinely uncover significant energy savings that are easy to implement. " The last post was from April and I got it today? Carnak's spirit must be rustling through the server's...............
To each and every man, Murray left a Legacy of wisdom and Professionalism ! http://www.chroniclejournal.com/obit...oodgate/murray We would do well to emulate Murray Woodgate in our daily lives. Bless you all who quietly speak the truth to assist freely those needing some direction.
What sad news. RIP Murray. As others have said, his knowledge was vast and it was always articulated with grace in this forum. His wit will be missed. I never met him but he seemed like a great guy.
Carnak Was Murray Woodgate My good friend Carnak's name was Murray Woodgate. He helped us on many project where we had humidity problems.
