I highly doubt that Al Queda had something like this planned and were waiting for the disaster to happen.

I do however believe that Al Queda, along with any other country with thier hands in our business will take full advantage of us to thier benifit.

You always have to have a plan "B". I always live by the adage, "Never put all of your eggs into one basket."

Life cycles means just that. Life has its high points and low points. When we, as person or a country, are in a low point you just have to stop and take a deep breath. Make an accessment of this "horrible" situation that we are in. You will always find some positives in any worse situation. Grab the positives and run with it. Before long you are on the high point again.

Swim to the bottom of a swimming pool. Not a good place to be under 8ft of water. But if you just relax and let nature take its course, you will pop up to the surface.

    Dad
Could it be that this is a long term plan of Al Queda??

No one could have planned the worst disaster since 1906 and have it work in their favor at this particular timeline.

I think the ownership of the gas stations is the responsibility of the Federal Government with their handouts of our money as free or cheap loans and segregating ethnic groups which determine who get these types of loans or freebies.

By the way… did you get my email on the EVDO?

Also. Watching the News this AM, the situation down there is on the Brink of complete Anarchy. These people will starve perishing today if there is not a vast, swift, unprecedented rescue effort to get these people dry, nourished, clean. As night falls over the Gulf Coast this evening, death is near. I feel so helpless.

We all have spoke on here about how over the last 15 years tht the middle eastern ethinic groups just about own all gas stations in our country. Could it be that this is a long term plan of Al Queda, that over time, control the american people through the price of gas, and that they bet on eventually that a natural disaster would take place to put them in the drivers seat. I mean, who controls oil in this country?

Looking at the looting, in this tradegy unfolding, we also are seeing the worst come out of people who have no fabric of moral or dignity. Not the food people, but the people walking around with plasma TV's and such. Okay now I understand their are gangs of armed thugs now walking the city, with Uzi's and such. Just wait. Murder, Rape. We will see this all come out. Is there any possibility that each tradegy we see unfold in modern times could be that deterioation of the world you have heard and read about.

With our troops deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan and across the globe, now this, the sinking economy. I have often thought over the last few days, that, what would my plan B be, if this country were to come unraveled. I have asked myself, what would I do to protect my family. I would head north to Alaska. Build a cabin, live off the land by farming and hunting. I know I could get my family through something that way, very confident of that.
