If you can do that, your kids will always eat. You have found a great resource with a LOT of very knowledgeable people who are willing to help you with anything you run into. Get a few more posts, apply for Pro membership, and you will get access to more information in the Technical forums.

And unless you work for a huge factory shop, your chances of ever earning the larger rate are slim to none... Unless you're in the club, that is.
