Excellent work. Nice and Tidy.
wouldn't it be quicker and/or cheaper to replace the whole unit?

Nice job! You should be proud of that. You should get a raise for that lol! Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2

Overload relay fire continued Sorry for starting a new thread. I could not figure out how to post pictures on a reply to my last thread. Here is this job finished up. The first picture is of my work station for a couple days. The second is after I finished all the control wiring. The third and others are after it had been cleaned up and all consolidated into one line. This is my first completed post on the WOP, and I'm really proud of this one. Started right up with only a couple error codes. Had those resolved in under 30 minutes and It's back online with only a few other things that will need to be quoted. All bypass valves and fan cycle controls still worked thankfully! haha. Thanks for all the good words guys.Attachment 365861Attachment 365871Attachment 365881Attachment 365891Attachment 365901 Also, Lennox no longer made many of the lower voltage wiring harness for all the boards. I had to order multiples of larger harnesses cut and rearrange wire ends in them to retrofit. Worked like a charm! So, if you're ever in this situation and have to replace some of those white terminal strips and you cannot get them get the p118 that's 16 connections long and make to fit.
