    Its not the torquemaster, but it looks similar in the fact that it has a socket for the bottom pivot wheel to drop into.

    The bottom of the door is free to pivot in the socket. It does not appear to lock in, so i do not believe there is any torsion rod inside. Not one of the 10 doors closes on its own.

    The doors are in horrible shape and the owner even brought up the idea of replacing them, but judging on the condition of the rest of the place i doubt he wants to spend any money

    That's what I was thinking. Does it have 4 flat head screws that stick out of it?

    These jobs really get into the baby-sitting area real quick.

    Go inside the cooler, look on the frame for any labels or plates. Usually located near the electrical hookups or where there are connections to lights and switches.

    Ultimately if none is present, this may be the time for the owner to make his decision;
    good money after bad? or replacement and 10 year warranty?

    Most times, when an owner elects to replace instead, it shocks me to see how much they are willing to invest to solve their irritations.

    Good luck.
    Take a photo of the nameplate when you find it. I'd like to see that.

    need help identifying a door

    I have a new customer that has a very old C-store that was previously a white hen pantry. The doors on his reach-in/walk-in are falling off because the bottom hinge carriers are worn out.

    I was not able to locate a brand name on these doors. There are stickers on them, but they info has worn off.

    The bottom of the door has a round "wheel" in it. The wheel is a pivot point, not a roller. On the door frame is a die cast "carrier" that pops into a hole and is held in by a single screw. to install the door you slide it up onto the top pin and then let the wheel drop into the carrier.

    Any idea what brand this might be? I looked online at Ardco and Anthony parts and didn't see anything like this.
