I see this is a REALLY old thread, but Orion, if you're still around the site, I'd greatly appreciate a copy as well! I literally JUST posted asking this same thing myself. My email is in my profile. Further google searching led me to this thread. Thanks!

Me 24 if you please,Thanks Orion, today "You Da Man !" 500th post, not that it matters. Wow that happened fast, seems like just a few months ago I was wondering how I was gonna get 15 for Pro Membership............never mind.
Looks like you could have had a New York Times Best Seller if you sold these. I would like a copy if you dont mind. Thanks
If you don't mind....... I would like a copy also
This is just our agreement form, not a outline on what is done. Mainly just all the legal speak.
A 3 ring binder We would always hear, "There was something I wanted you to do the other day, but now I don't remember what it was..." We have a binder that we leave on site for our service maintenance customers so that if they think of something that doesn't seem right, they want something like a program change or something added to the graphic they can write it down in the binder. Its great for large sites, we can check off on things and write down what we found and what we did/didn't do for the issue. If they don't have anything they know of, check for patches/updates, do a backup before and after. I personally go thru the equipment that is exposed to outdoors or OA. CHECK FREEZE STATS. Found one time the installer had it wired wrong and the stat was tripped from the factory (like most). Updated/changed graphics usually gets the "OOOHHH! COOL" Most of the non-data centers usually ends up being a wish list. "I would like to have a HOA on the garage summary graphic to turn all of the fans on/off instead of having to goto each level..." Had that the other day. Hey Orion, last to jump on the wagon but mind if i peek? Thanks. Hey BTW what happened to 'ol SISINT?
A 3 ring binder
If you would be so kind, I would like to see a copy as well. Thank you!
me too!
