This is for an hvac job for michigan cat. I thought it was odd but the nice gal on the phone or the cat recrueter said this was to maintain customers and their facilities? Kind of cool.

I worked at their Corinth MS plant for awhile, but the money is terrible. If you work there long enough you might get hired from VOLT to Cat and see a usable wage, but until then, you are looking at slightly above minimum wage. We're talking about $8.25 an hour. I think they contract their plant maintenance out, as well.
