To anyone who could possibly help, I just looked at a Novar Logic One system for boilers and I am trying to find the iscope guide and ess 32 manual. Would anybody be able to send me that information? I would really appreciate it.

I'm looking at an old Novar system and it looks like ESS32 and iScope are what their outside contractor has been using. I'm evaluating a possible gateway integration and I'm not quite sure where to start.

I should have it and send later today. There isn't much "programming" per say in iscope. All the action is in ESS.

BlueRidgeT log out of iscope and exit the program completely, and have anyone else with site access do the same. Then you'll be able to access ESS32

I am very much interested in receiving the iScope Programming manual. I have the ESS32 in paper & am trying to modify a program. I have a novar system that i ised iscope to try and modify a schedule for an ahu. Something happened, iscope crashed and the schedule disappeared. When i view the device and click the schedules tab under it, it says unavailable. Is there an easy recovery from this. Thanks in advance for any help.

Also if anyone can send me any literature on novar Ess and iscope id appreciate it alot.

I can help you with all the Novar questions you have. I have done everything from programming these things to actually repairing the circuit boards. I have repaired at least one of every NOVAR controller and most of the Johnson Controls N2 line as well. SO send me an e-mail and let me know what you need help with.

Send me a IM and I can tell you where to find the documents you are requesting or I can e-mail you them. Do you still work on the NOVAR system.

Novar

"Unit 1" would be the main executive module which has lost it's database. A download of the site database will need to be performed (load change download) using ess.32 software. Iscope cannot download it. I would suspect a battery failure on the executive module. Without the executive online your building controllers are running in a stand alone mode.

Guys, I have a customer that has Novar I Scope and they just called yesterday because when they log on to thr system they get a message that says Unit #1 has lost its download, any ideas? Does anyone have an I Scope manual that they could send me? The only books onsite are for Logic One and Site Pro and they aren't very helpful.
