In the 80's I worked for old man Trump, and in one building the "Stars" of St.Johns lived. Half of them talked like they had paper @ssholes. Doorman told me that as long as they could play, the college had them covered. What do you mean? He said the college provided them with people to do their school work etc. So a lot of them are really dumber than a slice of burnt toast. No wonder when they get to the pro's they act like spoiled kids, they are.

Everything said above, that and the fact most of em just ain't that bright.

Bertuzzi, Healey, Horton. Pro-sports are full of people who have been taught by family, friends, coaches, agents and managers they can't do anything wrong. Most of these other people live off the proceeds of Mr. Perfect. Some, but not all, of these athletes seem to get lost in the business end of things and forget the special privileges they have.

they don't appreciate what they have. i worked with a guy who was a laborer for Power Construction. he was a college star and i think he might have played a little pro ball. i don't recall his name but he was so tall 6'-6"+ with his hardhat on that he had to duckto get throught the doorways. he was pushing a broom......so apparently college didn't take.

Campbell wasnt gonna do much, had some speed but too short. I wont miss him, he is a funny little G though

He was like that in high school most of them are the vikings team did it to their selfs not moss.Moss is a @ss & he will be like that until he dies.

And as for jack@sses just pick one just go to the NBA find a good guy?

I think it's the NBA that has a required 3 day class for all incoming rookies. They teach them the pitfalls to look out for and give them the grim facts about how short their careers can be. This has helped tremendously with them but it would help for it to be reinforced in the 2nd and 3rd year as well.
All pro sports need to adopt this approach. As young as middle school now great athletes are coddled and don't learn accountability for their actions.
