Thank you for all the reply, I will get some spec's on later as to dimensions. I thought the same as " Coolerguy", National machine is in the area and some smaller shops. I have the original which has a 3/4" bore and a jig mill should do the job. My motor replacement has a 7/8" shaft with no fan on the sheave / pulley. Bore it out and cut a new keyway to the 7/8" dimension seems the way to go.

    Thanks

Tri state bearing is pretty good at matching just about anything up, in our area anyway.

A good machine shop should be able to help you, I have run into this in the past and that was only solution I could do. Be fore warned it wont be cheap.

    Belt drive pulley / fan...

Well yes I'm still fixing up old belt drive refrigeration units, that should tell you a little about me and my customers. Anyhow I'm in need of a 4" double pulley with fan on it and having a 7/8" shaft bore. Can't find anything anywhere Any suggestions besides sell em a new unit ?

    Thanks in advance

    Joe S.
