Yep another ice machine, sits and runs quietly in the corner turning out ice and what ever black stuff and bacteria it can, until suddenly it stops. Then it gets attention! I also say "hold the ice please". It seems these pop up Asian restaurants are the worst.
Here's a follow-up. I got a call from them today saying it's not making ice and the ice has been filthy. You're kidding! Quoted them out a new machine because they wanted a new warranty.
I dont get ice in my drinks just because I get more drink that way, lol.

That was the initial call-they wanted a cleaning!
By the looks of things I suspect earlier you could see black specs in middle of ice
It's just our back-up But they panic when it doesnt make ice...i wonder why that is??
