TAC has OPC's in there software. I can' tell you who to talk to exactly, but the main software office is in Melmo Sweeden. That is were all the R&D is done.
www.asicontrols.com has an OPC client Johnson Controls has an OPC client www.exor-rd.com has an OPC client except for Johnson thats the OPC clients I use the most, you may want to start here http://www.opcfoundation.org/
These guys have called me numerous times - http://www.matrikonopc.com I haven't worked with OPC yet, but I know TAC has OPC as well.
