We are seeing alot more in the way of people spending the extra money to go green down here in the South too. As long as the credits and rebates keep coming, I don't see that changing. People don't really care how much money they have to spend to save money, as long as they get some back

I have most of my experince in the oil field and only a few years in the a/c and gas heating area so it sounds alot of this will be new to me and i want to get a good handle on it so i can learn it in a better time then going in with nothing if that makes sense

Yes he seems to be very big into controls and very ahead of the curve. Some of the stuff we talked about I had already started learning and have previous training and certification. But im just excited to get back into the feild and learn some more. I know ill start to live on this site soon lol

That's great news and it sounds like you can learn a lot from this guy. Way ahead of Mr. "Drill hole here, connect white to A, red to B, green to C... Multi-what?".

    *UPDATE*

Well I have been talking with the guy and he seems really excited to bring me on board with his company. I was offered the job and took it. Im not excited about the pay he offered me but its more then im making right know and it sounds like room for advancement and another licsense under my belt which I think adds up to more in my book

Well at my other jobs we put in mitshubishi systems and carrier infinity systems that was hi effecency to them. As for the to good to be true he does alot of word of mouth avertising, very high end clients, alot of certifications such as LEED and working closely with companys like energy star and what not. Hard to explain just got a good vibe but almost like it was too good and no down fall to the company which is never true i guess
