    I didn't walk away. It's a good customer that just bought this not so good rental property. He got a great deal on it though.......

    I replaced a defrost board, fixed a leak, and added refrigerant. I told him it needed to be gutted and redone. Right now he said he's just trying to stop the bleeding from this place needing more work than originally anticipated....

    I've got more pictures of it. It's a wreck. The bathroom is in a built-on that's not insulated and used to have screens but somebody got some free non-movable windows of different sizes and added them in.
