    CMH,

Not knowing the specific experience you're looking for - yes, we would be a good resource. We tend to have the 5+ years (most are 10+yrs) of experience types of folks. Not so many entry-level. I did a quick search using 'commissioning specialist' and came up with quite a few. My suggestion - shoot me an email or call 515-473-9212 to talk with Bryan. I think you'd get good value for your investment.

We've used both Agent and Meps........expensive.........but so are the alternatives.

I'd say they are good for the average tech looking for work, and maybe the specialist, but not for the service employer looking for techs.

Good techs are rarely out of work, and can get a job in a half hour, combing the phone book............jmo

Although with this economy we may see some good techs taking a hit, and some companies hitting the dirt. once again ...jmo

    Hi Shadetree29,

Well, naturally I'll push you in the direction of our site, MEP Jobs. Call Bryan at 888-482-2562, or feel free to drop me an email. We have a few options for finding the people you want:
    - post your job - we have about 80,000 unique visits per month, so that's a lot of job seekers looking
    - search our resume database - we keep it very fresh (nothing over 12 mos), and we have lots in all areas of the country
    - use TalentAlert - it's our 'always looking' solution - it emails you any matching resumes for the profile that you've built.

    Check it out-

None of the sites is the "answer". They are all one of several differant resources that may be used. "The more lines in the water, the more fish you can catch".

For techs, I've had better luck with hvacagent than the others. Particularly when you are constantly looking, hvacagent is a better value. I've had better results with MEP for sales and other office drones.

In addition to hvacagent, l also use craigslist and hotjobs when I'm really hurting.

    Good Luck

I trust your opinion more than I would trust a Mep Employee Thanks for your help.
