Another nice thing about Appion (recover and vacuum) pumps: They are light (as in they weigh a lot less than others). Appion G5-twin = around 23# Appion TEZ-8 = about 30# My old Yellowjacket R-60 recovery manchine was closer to 40# and my old Yellowjacket superevac was closer to 50#... Nice to not carry as much weight around. One thing to note: Appion strongly suggests to NOT use a long extension cord, and to always use a 12GA cord. I use a widow-maker at the disconnect.
Another vote for Appion.

Appion and build a worm out of 3/8" tubing for it. Look at the CPS molecular transformator, you can build it, don't spend all that money on a coil in a carrying case.

Appion for sure... however as noted on a warm or hot day the Appion will be slow. I bought the CPS refrigeration cooler MT69 (http://www.cpsproducts.com/product/recovery-MT69/), connect it between the pump and tank, put it in a bucket of water, and you are good to go. Take a look at the Appion TEZ-8 vacuum pump... expensive, but well worth it! One can literally change the oil WHILE pulling a vacuum. And it is FAST!
Gravity you Talking about the CPS TR21?
I have the appion g5. its quick. but if you let the tanks heat up it wont be so quick. the new cps recovery machine is faster then the g5. if you read the specs they are much faster when using the push pull method
appion but you need to put the CPS refrigerant transformator as well. if you use the appion on a warmer day, it will take you hours to recover 10lbs of juice.
3 out of 3. that works for me. thanks guys
Appion works great, yellow jackets are slow IMO.

appion or yellow jacket? im in the process of buying a recovery machine. I have narrowed it down to appion g5 twin or yellow jacket xlt. I can save about 100 bucks if i go with appion but I've learned the hard way that the cheaper route is not allways the best route espcially with tools. any suggestions on which one to go with?
