    It is a bellows for a webster t-pump. It is part of the pressure adjustment side of the pump. If you worked on oil furnces, that was a common part you carried on your truck.

    Alright so flux capacitor, go back in time with doctor brown, get an old thermocouple, come back, pass test. Sounds about right to me

    that is not an oil burner nozzle it might be the sparker for a Lennox plus furnace but i have never taken on out before it looks more like a spark plug
