Hire right abides to fcra rules. They are aloud to go back 7 years for an employment back ground.

Good luck. Hopefully the skilled labor shortage will work in your favor seeing it is such a minor offense for something you tried once....

Most large outfits outsource the background checks to Hire-Right, https://www.hireright.com/background-checks call them and see what they tell you.

That's a traffic ticket, has it been decimalized in the state where you were convicted?

Either way list it on the application, I don't see where it would make a difference!

I worked for JLL a while back when they took over management for a building I had. I don't recall if there was a limit on the back ground check timing.

Please don't post in old threads.

Most of the people who are in this thread are not going to be notified because they're no longer around here... many have retired or moved on... so your best result in future, is to start a new thread.

I am on the UHC account and it managed very well. This company hasn't been around for 200 years for no reason, most of the people here know what they are doing, any company could hire a tech of two that don't have pride in their work.
I have been with JLL for eleven years (10 years at my current building , I transfer to MES next month ) I think it's a really good company to work for . The benefits are great and it's a strong company that's always expanding into new markets . JLL manages thousands of properties all over the world . I would rather work for JLL then the drunk contractor I started off with , you know , mr. " ok we're gonna do an install , let's hurry up and smoke this joint " kind of guy . At least I know I have a paycheck coming at the end of the week

Depends on the client as well. Some clients may require a federal background check and that would take more time.
