Go to www.whatsmyip.com.

Once you've obtained your IP address. Send it to HVAC.Talk@gmail.com.

You could never have had a pro account. You only have 8 posts. Since you joined in 2010, well after the pro member status requirement started, you could not have been grandfathered in.

Get at least 15 posts under your belt and send in an application for pro status to the Membership Committee.
