From first hand experience, stay away from se, unless you have thick skin, and can take alot of redundant, stupid corporate semantics, and can be managed by people who know nothing about what you do.

    S E = red pill

    B C H = blue pill

    Reference to The Matrix film.

OP should take the blue pill.

How long have you been with conserv? You might have taken my spot.

Isn't Service Experts the residential side of Lennox NAS?

Or, since they were sold, are they going to somehow become a different company instantaneously?

They use to have this laptop you had to drag around with you everywhere, all your calls were thru a program on the laptop. At first it was kinda cool you have email and internet, but after a while you will get sick of that computer and i think a few techs left because they didnt want to deal with that thing anymore. They wanted you to bring it on the roof with you because it would overheat sitting in the van. I know it may sound a little petty, but i didn't realize that computer was going to be my worst nightmare working there. Other then that i can't really comment that much due to the short period i was there. Also where i worked i had to travel a few hrs and stay in a hotel couple days a week when work was slow, i didnt mind but they did not tell me that before i was hired so you may want to ask about that.
Where did u work bch or service experts

Then service experts commercial division I guess it's not Lennox and or se residential. Both companies have told me that they are doing a good amount of chiller work and that's what I have been looking for. I went to some chiller classes and now would like to get some hands on experience. Finally looks like a may get my shot at the big stuff. No more reach in coolers on cooks line for me.
Tired of the refrig/ restaurant gig.
