    Van Diesel
A heating or cooling unit of some sort. I wouldn't buy something that has something like that, that I wouldn't own, that close to my property. Too many potential problems with that scenario.

Sorry, not all of us have expendable income in which we can afford a perfect view. This condo is 30% cheaper than other units in the building, partially due to the poor view. I want to find out what it is because if it has any noise, fumes, or pollutants that can affect me living in proximity, its not worth 90% cheaper.

I am kinda wishing someone on here will know exactly what it is (make/model).
if in fact it's a o a inlet it could be loud judgeing from the size of it , especially in an economizer mode with 100 o/o oa......prob not an exhaust so close to the window/door.....Jack

Noise aside, that's ugly! Not sure I'd want that view in a condo I'm buying!

The picture is not mine, its all that is listed... I am possibly interested in buying the condo but am worried about this structure being loud, vibrating, emitting fumes, radiation, you name it.

Yes, the large one right in front of the window.

Are fresh air intakes loud? (Roughly how many feet away would I have to be to not hear it.)

Worst picture ever! I see dozens of windows and at least 5 pieces of equipment. However, if you are talking about the structure immediately outside of the window we are looking out of, it appears to be a fresh air intake.

Need identification of what this is on a roof.

Hi, can anyone identify what this is on the roof (the large thing right outside the window).

    Picture attached.

    Thanks!
