When I first came to the house the T-stat was blank went to the airhandler the breaker was triped ,so I reset the breaker. After that turned the system to heat but only the airhandler came on. Then switched system to cool and whole system came on. When the system was on in cool 168LP 200HP ODT60 IDT73. Im new at this, If anyone can help.

are you sure the rev valve slid?
did you take temps across rev valve?
were ID & OD fans running?
are you saying suction was 168 in cooling, with a 200 head?
got to be clearer than mud for assistance

What Tstat does it have, and does it have an outdoor sensor with hp locked out?

ODT should not have it locked out, be sure settings on stat arent back to default due to power outage and pressure seems ok for lp but way to low on hp. Get system working right then recheck.

The suction pressure is way high. The SST for 168 psi is around 60F. For that to be normal, the ID would have to be 100F .
The head pressure is 25 or so, low for 60F OD.
There are obviously some other things going on with the system, and with warrior00's deficiency in diagnostic skills, I'm half-way wondering if the compressor was even running when he read the pressures.
