Does anybody know if anybody still sells the curved heating elements that go around the housing for blower

Yup, they're called cal rods fwiw and are available at any local rheem supply shop.

There are acouple of manufacturers. Evcon-Coleman uses them too. They will not fit Rheem-Ruud, and the RRs won't fit the Evcons. Don't ask how I know...........
