I know its mostly a matter of preference, and application requirements...
I'd just like to see peoples opinions.

The toptech has more perks then the Visionpro. For example it has humidity control, you can add additional wireless remotes in other rooms and I think its a bit cheaper. The toptech 955wh is pretty much like a Honeywell IAQ and maybe even slightly better. I have installed a few toptech thermostats for some friends and the build quality is very good. I would pick this over a Visionpro. I actually want to get this thermostat but I already have a Honeywell IAQ. I think Toptech is part of Carrier.
Here some features of the 955WH
•Humidity Control
•Wireless thermostat and base model
•Touchscreen
•Set dual fuel balance points*
•Connects up to 4 indoor remotes (R251W)
•Connect to outdoor remote (R250W)
•7 Day or 5/1/1 progammable
•Auto Changeover
•Easy menu driven programming
•Intuitive wake, leave, return,
sleep programming icons
•13 sq. inch display
•Blue backlight
•Glow in the dark light button
•Programmable fan
•Electric or Gas configurable
•Separate heating and cooling swing (cycle rate) adjustments
•Room temperature calibration adjustment
•Keypad lockout
•Heating and cooling setpoint limits
•5 minute compressor delay protection
(selectable on or off)
Wireless Accessories for the TT-S-955WH:
TT-RIS-251W
TT-ROS-250W
•Filter change indicator (selectable on or off)
•Simple private label badge system
•Easy wire color coded terminal blocks
•Universal sub-base
•Mounts on wall or junction box
•Battery or 24v power**

I've got a seven year old VisionPro that hasn't skipped a beat yet. There are nicer looking and more fully featured stats that have come on the market since my version of the VisionPro (the 8110), but I'm still quite happy with it.

Some are sold by Rheem distributors, not sure if the full line.

We carry the full line of toptech AND Honeywell where I work. (pretty sure that you can get them from any carrier or bryant distributors)
I have always just preferred Honeywell over any brand.
Seeing all the features of the TT is what made me wonder what peoples opinions were.
I just wanted to here opinions before I install any. I'd hate to give someone a TT and have it fail on them.

In N.C. and surrounding areas, Totalline carries both Top Tech and carrier stats. Carrier bought out Top tech in the last year or so. I've installed ten Top Tech t-stats and have had good luck so far.

My Johnstone sells them under the name Pro1. I use the the basic models often in commercial applications due to them being cheap and having few features (for people to screw up) and they are great. Never installed a a touchscreen one though. I didn't even know they made them.
