What a mess.Surface temp.sensor not wired,no control wiring for auxillary strip heat, 24 volt signal to remote condensing unit not wired, remote interface didn't work found com cable connector coated with sheetrock mud cleaned up connector interface now works, flow switch not working, removed flow switch found flow switch is hitting bottom of pipe trimmed flow switch to allow it to work and confirm flow, trimmed refrigerant charge to 16F subcooling.I guess it's called job security.

I am a startup rep for Desert Aire in my area. It sounds like a typical startup (or mopup)if you know what i mean.make sure you set pool water setpoint at about 82 degrees and cooling setpoint at least 2 degrees above that.set humidity between 50-60%.check airflow with a 0-2 inch magnehelic gage and adjust sheaves if necessary.make sure airflow is dead on or as close as possible.depending on type of reheat, the controller may need some program tweaking to match type of heat to the control scheme.pay close attention to the duct design as a smooth, straight airflow pattern is critical entering the evaporator.verify poolheater waterflow through the unit by checking delta-t.I would recommend reading the startup manual before proceeding.Good luck my friend.
