I would appreciate learning what Bryant DSB 11-0025 is all about. I recently had my 15 year old Columbia Oil Furnace replaced with a Carrier 58VMR 120 furnace. The Blower Motor's bearings were so bad that the pulley wheel came off and I was without heat from Nov. 22 till Nov. 25 when new furnace was installed. On November 25 they were not able to get the Bryant 698B Heat Pump to start. When they came back on Monday Nov. 28; the Compressor Blew. They ordered a new Compressor and installed it and it did not work. The Control Board was replaced and it still did not work. The relay was replaced and it still did not work. Diagnosis was that a bad new Compressor had been installed. Today a second Compressor was installed and it did not work. I am being told that "DSB 11-0025" solves the problem and that it will only cost me another $XX to get my Heat Pump working again. I must say that my Heat Pump was working fine before the Blower Motor on my old Columbia Furnace went bad and the new Carrier 58VMR120 was installed. The new oil furnace is working great but Heat Pump is not!

So what is this DSB 11-025 all about?

It sounds like someone does not know what they are doing.
