View Full Version : 350-450CFM/ton rule

In the manual for our heat pump air handler it says not to go below 350CFM for COOLING. It doesn't say anything about Heating.

I guess in both cases, we are trying to transfer teh same amount of heat, but does the rule of thumb apply for both heating and cooling?
