Finally decided on a good local HVAC contractor for our radiant floor heat in the new shop. We are doing electric due to our really cheap co-op rates. He has not done many radiant systems with electric heat source, likes to use Argo boilers when he does. There is a distributor a few minutes up the road from him so he likes to deal with them. The Argo seems like a really good unit from what I've seen; also one of the most expensive in the size range (20 KW) I've looked at.

Any opinions/experiences with Argo? Are they worth the extra bucks? Was considering an Electro, my guy isn't familiar with them. Thanks...

The Argo is a good choice.

We don't do many electric boilers (although doing one in a work shop radiant floor app next week). We use the Argo line whwn we do. No real problems with them.
