I have a small single family residential property with a 17 year old Weil-McLain 68V High Efficiency oil boiler (baseboard HW). A service tech tells me the target wall (#66) is deteriorated and needs to be replaced. Is this something an experienced do-it-yourselfer can do? If so where might I find some info. on how to do it. Thanks.
