My boss can't seem to buy him a job and I have not worked more than 10 hrs in 2 weeks.

I was talking to a neighbor, he told me he just bought foreclosure unit for 98 k (3 bed room 2.5 bath, 2 car garage), the sad thing is that unit sold for 189 from the builder.

Anyhow, the unit is trashed and needs some tlc. I introduced myself and told him I was a licensed GC and would be able to handle anything he needs.

He asked for a price on tile, so I gave it to him and he signed a contract with me for 180 sqft of tile.

I just got done installing the tile and I am in lots of pain, time for beer and a flexeril.

3 of the 4 rooms are bathrooms, the other is a laundry room, tomorrow is grout and 1/4 round day.

Today as I was working he asked me if I could do hardwood, I said yes, he asked me if I can start that on Monday, I said sure, so it looks like I will be installing 1,600 sqft of 3" hardwoods.

Take a look at my tile work.

Be careful mixing flexeril with alcohol (whiskey). I had some bad side affects and felt severe pressure in my chest. Never do that again.
