I am installing a fantech hrv model shr3005r to correct high humidity for my 3000 sqft log home i have ran rigid ducts for supply and return to rooms will this unit fix my problem and lower humidity.
It could! But whats the story? How high is RH, where do you live, how long have you had this high RH, etc?

RH is about 60% and i live in upstate ny w/radiant heat propane kitchen stove-2 showers and 3 people live in home
You have 60% in the dead of winter??? Just where is it coming from? Do you have exhaust fans in your bathrooms?
I live in NY to and have no higher then 44% RH in winter.
