This summer one of our high schools is getting all new air handlers and fan coil units, at the same time all the piping is being replaced. They are changing from 2 pipe to 4 pipe system. (Finally) They cant't start till may and school opens in august. The engineer and contractor have requested to use this permalynx. It's a joint venture between nibco and vitaulic. Book says "permanent push-to-connect system". To be used on all piping 2" and smaller. Has anyone ever used or been on a job where it was used and does it work as good as salesman said. That was a stupid question nothing works as good as salesman says. But what are ya'lls thoughts?

They work great! Fittings are pricey but labor savings is there, and more consistent quality control. I almost invested in the Propress system, then these came out. Nice stuff.
