California Heat Pump

Help!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone know how to get a hold of a California Heat Pump? Are they still in bussiness?
I checked the internet and have had no luck. I need to find an exact match for a change out. Another brand would be fine as long as it will fit back in the same hole with all the water lines and connections in the same place.
