wish i could post pics or know how, but working on a old aaon over 20yrs old, 2 seperate burner chambers both light off at same time, thing is there are 2 spark ignitors and 2 flame sensors that mount on top of the burner box that is very rusty, all 4 of the mounting plates (2 for sensor. 2 for spark ignitors) rusty also, i sanded all down where they attatch, thing is the connectors for the sensors and spark ignitors are a style ive never seen, not male or female spade, or the nice rubber boots, but small very small allmost butt connections that slid on the top of the sensors and ignitors, its for a resturant main dining room the other unit was condemed last winter i need to keep this thing running till march but every few days im back there steel wooling and sanding so the spark ignitor works or the flame sensor sees a signal, any suggestions?

FWIW,
We just ordered a complete combustion fan/motor/housing assembly that was REALLY rusted on an older Aaon RTU. Why not check with Aaon and see what's available?
Also, run a seperate ground wire from your sensor ground area to the ignition module in case rust is impeding it. I'd also make REAL sure that the combustion chamber/burner/etc., aren't already gone. How's the flame profile when it lights off?

flame is good when it lights off, I did run all new wires from the ignition boxes to the sensors and ignitors that seemed to help FOR 2 DAYS :( if the other unit for there front dining room was working) i would of condemed this thing Im going to go there tomorow morning and have a journyman meet me there let me hear his input, I just dont think its getting a good conection from the wire terminals to the plugs on the sensors and ignitors ive gone there and just jiggled them and it comes on so then i crimp them down little and tape them on so vibration doesnt cause them to come loose
