Job Description:
If you are an experienced HVAC Technician with excellent residential/light commercial troubleshooting skills, we want to talk with you.
Job Duties:
•Inspects systems and their components for the purpose of ensuring safety, identifying necessary repairs, and providing an ongoing program of preventive maintenance.
•Diagnoses problems and/or failures in residential heating and air conditioning systems.
•Cleans air conditioning and heating units (e.g. coils, condensation pans, drain lines, cooling towers, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring units are operating properly and at peak performance.
•Repairs various items, systems and/or components of HVAC equipment.
•Informs personnel regarding procedures and/or status of work orders.
•Maintains tools and/or equipment.
•Responds to emergency situations during or after hours. CALL ROTATION
•Demonstrate the ability to satisfy customers through the delivery of the company’s and your personal service.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years Residential HVAC experience including but not limited to:
•General residential HVAC service and repair
•EPA Universal certification.
•Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•Completion of High School.
•Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
•HVAC Mechanical Journeyman
•NATE certification.
•Completion of Trade School or Associate’s Degree.
