I was wondering in a Trane Voyager Unit What makes the combination gas valve regulate the gas pressure to -.2" w.c. i have heard the combustion blower pulls a negative on the line, but i was wondering if the gas valve regulates the pressure to a lower setting or if it still 3.5 but the combustion fan pulls it down to -.2

an explanation will be appreciated

thank you

It does regulate at 3.5", but the negative draw of the inducer, it's a net negative reading that you adjust it to.

Be careful! Trane Precedent units are back to a positive pressure!

Otto is correct, FYI Adjusting the valve closer to 0 wc richen's the mix, closer to -.3 and you lean it out.
