I FOUND THE CIRCUIT WIRING DIAGRAM WHITCH IS STICKED ON THE BACK OF THE FRONT PANAL IS WRONG. ON THE DIAGRAM,THERE IS A WIRE CONNECTED BETWEEN CM/T7 AND TC/COM WHITCH WOULD SHORT HPS AND LPS.THIS WIRE ACTUALLY GOES FROM CM/T7 TO TC1/COM, THERE IS NO DIRECT CONNECTION BETWEEN CM/T7 AND HOT LINE. THIS TERMINAL CALLED TC/COM DOES NOT EXIST AT ALL,AND THE CONNECTION BETWEEN TC1/COM AND HOT LINE DOES NOT EXIST EITHER.

Relax nisong ... If there is a T10 and T11 and your CM, then it has been replaced and the new one is wired different from the original. There was a problem with the bypass relays on the original ones.

It does not have T11 and T10, so it must be original.Since it was installed, this unit rans for a few days then stop by itself, has to be reset to start.Replaced all controls except bypass relay,it remaines the same.

NISONG

If this unit has a FloTronic computer driving, the random stopping doesn’t surprise me.
We have a 30GT080 that has a mind of it’s own on occasion.
The last time we had a problem the computer data said the unit was running but no compressors where running. I changed the two contactors on the 40-ton compressor and have not had this problem lately. This computer is quit sensitive to RFI per Carrier.
