i have a problem with a hoshizaki ice flaker. when i got to the call the top of the barrel was iced up.the auger was still moving but can't produce ice cause the barrel is frozen. model#f-2000 mlh. the epr is factory set at 22psi r-404a. i washed out the barrel with hot water and got it going. BUT i know it will be a call back. i'll check on it later. what can cause the barrel to ice up. the ice seems to have alot of water doesn't look right. any ideas as what i can look for? the epr setting is at 24psi using r-507 and is running off a rack. i'm green on this things. please any info whould help.

frozen,
pull an OEM on this one for reference. Maybe it needs to descaled? Good luck.
