HVAC in NY?

I'm relocating to NY... I need to know about the industry out there, specifically Binghamton and Syracuse. Things like wages, benefits... possibly availability of positions would be great!! thanks guys, I knew I could count on ya!!!

I am about 3 hours south of there. Industry is booming in my area.
