Hey gang, 37 years old, new to the field, did the 20 months tech school route. I have a great in plant mech. , maint. background, plant closed so went the hvac route,i love the unknown and figuring it out. I have been on a starting out service job for 2 months now, ears open mouth shut...any advice would be greatly excepted and appreciated....

Welcome and yes mouth shut ears open approach is great but also ask as many questions as necessary so you can become more familiar with the equipment and service solutions. As long as you don't ask the same question twice you should be ok.
