Check filters, out door condenser dirty.
Call a pro, get your system serviced. It will save you time and a lot of aggravation in the long run.

i replace my in door filter also clean my condenser and my acoil

the homeowner is able to diagnose or repair. You need to call a service tech.

The problem is...........15 years - no previous service.
Start there.
Have it professionally cleaned.
Problem should become obvious.

Service once a decade is recommended as a minimum, once a year is preferable.
